Service Withdrawal from NTUC Customer Service Centre
In our efforts to streamline our Customer Service operations, my golf kaki will no longer be using the services of the NTUC Customer Service Centre located at One Marina Boulevard and Downtown East with effect from 1 October 2009.
Customer services will be centralized at the my golf kaki main office located at Marina Bay Golf Course (80 Rhu Cross, #01-02). Members are advised to direct enquiries to our main email contact@mygolfkaki.com. Kindly note that the email account mygolfkaki@ntuc.org.sg will not be available following the cessation of services at the NTUC Customer Service Centre.
Members who are maintaining their handicap with my golf kaki may submit scores via facsimile, email or posting of scores through the Member’s Corner in the website. Alternatively, you can drop your score cards into any of our score card collection boxes placed at the following locations:
§ my golf kaki office @ Marina Bay Golf Course
§ Orchid Country Club (OCC) – Golf Registration Counter
Should you have any queries pertaining to my golf kaki membership, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Officers at 6342 5188. Union membership queries can be directed to 6213 8008.
