It was a my golf kaki first to organize its November Monthly Medal at Indah Puri Golf Resort, Batam island on Tuesday, 17 November. Interestingly, a number of participants were looking forward to experience firsthand the improvements made since the renovations to the course.
Despite the rainy spells leading to the event day, golfers were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with sunny weather throughout. As they proceeded to their respective tee boxes for the shotgun start, golfers were glad to be assigned individual caddies for the day.
Mimi Ho emerged the biggest winner of the day as she swept not only Best Gross for Division A, but also the novelty events. The single handicapper scored a gross score of 80 to blow away the competition. Airin Yacup and Seetoh Yok Sam were the Best Gross winners for their respective divisions, while Best Nett went to Chong Weng Kee, Hee Jee Loi and Ivan Teo.
