Golf Injuries Talk, 21 Nov 2009
Last Saturday, my golf kaki members were invited to participate in a forum jointly organised by Changi Sports Medicine Centre and Singapore Sports Medicine Centre.
Held at Changi General Hospital, the forum focused on the Prevention and Management of Common Golf Injuries. Among the speakers were sports physician Dr Jason Chia, physiotherapist Mr Darek Lam, and PGA Golf Professional Mr Lip Ooi. They shared valuable insights with the 170-strong turnout, and answered some of the participants' concerns raised during the Q&A session.
Overall, members found the event to be very informative and gave excellent feedback, especially on the swing tips given by Mr Lip Ooi. my golf kaki would like to thank all members for your support and participation. Do look out for our next event in December!
