Reservation
- Reservations can be made in advance with particulars of golf game which includes date of play, time of play, number of golfers and golfers' name stated.
- Reservation can be made via email to palmvilla@ioigroup.com with the particulars of the golf game which includes the date of play, number of golfers and golfers' name and My Golf Kaki membership clearly stated.
- Valid My Golf Kaki membership card MUST be produced at the golf counter for verification purposes to enjoy the privileged rates
- Please note that the reservation shall be confirmed by the club and confirmation shall be based on slots availability.
- Walk-ins are accepted but subject to slots availability.
- Only valid My Golf Kaki members will enjoy the special rate offered and valid My Golf Kaki membership card must be produced for verification purposes upon registration.

Payment
- All golf charges shall be deemed by members of My Golf Kaki and the transaction shall be made by credit card (Visa/Master) or cash immediately before tee-off.

Rules & Regulations
- Golfers must abide to the rules and regulations, conditions and restrictions established by IOI Palm Villa Golf & Country Resort (the golf course) governing the use and enjoyment of its facilities.
- Golfers shall indemnify the golf course for any damage or loss to their personal properties.
- Golfers are fully responsible and liable for any loss and/or damage incurred at the golf course or club facilities.
- The agreed preferential rates are subject to change by the management of IOI Palm Villa Golf & Country Club.
