Complete the Golf & Ferry Booking and Payment Authorization Form and email to booking@riabintan.com or fax at 6546 0219 with a copy of golfers' passports. Please note that there is change in golf bag handling procedures at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal w.e.f. 24 September 2018.

MAINTENANCE NOTICE: A 9 hole will be closed every Monday for maintenance. However, there will still be an 18-hole combination available for golfers to play on. Please check Ria Bintan's website for the latest schedule. Thank you.

  2. Sequence of tee off at the respective club(s) is fixed unless otherwise advised by Ria Bintan's staff.
  3. Swopping of game(s) amongst the clubs is restricted to weekday to weekday and weekend to weekend only. (Change of game from Weekend to Weekday is allowed. No refund will be given).
  4. Note that Ian Baker Finch and Jack Nicklaus (BLR) is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays respectively.

For golfers who purchase ferry tickets via Ria Bintan Golf Club, the following complimentary arrangement will apply:
-          2-way land transfers in Bintan (Strictly between Ferry Terminal – Ria Bintan – Ferry Terminal)
-          Access to Bintan Executive Lounge upon arrival and departure at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal
-          Golf bag handling

Note that value add services are not applicable for bookings of room only packages, 9-Hole game and Twilight Golf.

Latest check-in time at Ria Bintan Counter (Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal #01-18A) is strictly 40 minutes before ferry departure time. Passengers who check-in after the cut-off time will be classified as No Show and no refunds will be accorded.

2.  Golfers must provide a copy of their passport during ferry bookings to facilitate the check-in process. Do ensure that passports are valid 6 months
     from date of travel and all necessary visas (if required) are obtained prior to departure to Bintan. No refunds will be given for any last minute
     cancellation due to invalid passport or visas.

3.  Golfers must produce a copy of their valid MGK membership card during reservation and bring the actual MGK
     membership card on the day of play or check-in to enjoy the discounted rates.

Payment
1.       Ria Bintan requires full payment upon confirmation of booking.

2.       For bank transfer in SGD, please transfer to OCBC Bank:

3.       For credit card payment, a URL credit card payment link with total amount payable will be forwarded upon

          payment directly with Ria Bintan Golf Club.

5.       Admin and bank charges (if any) is applicable for refund bookings.

Terms and Conditions
1.       All rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 11% Indonesia Tax and in Singapore Dollars.
2.       Bookings are strictly subject to availability. Reservation shall not be binding upon Ria Bintan until acceptance and
          confirmation is received.
3.       Once confirmed, any amendment/cancellation will incur charges.
4.       Ria Bintan Golf Club reserves the right on course assignment and pairing of golfers.
5.       Ria Bintan Golf Club reserves the right to amend all rates without prior notice.
6.       In the event of No Show, the golfer shall be held responsible for the payment of the FULL PACKAGE RATE.
7.       Ferry amendments made on the day of departure will be subject to Bintan Resort Ferries Terms and Conditions.
8.       No replacement is allowed for ferry bookings. In cases of replacements, purchase of new ferry ticket is required.
9.       Passengers who miss their ferry trip will have to purchase new tickets for their next departure at their own cost.
10.     Cancellation made less than 3 days Off Peak or 7 days Peak prior to departure date will be charged at full for
          ferry and golf package rate.
11.     Please note that by making a booking with Ria Bintan, it is deemed that the golfer has accepted the terms of the
          partnership offer.
