Terms & Conditions
(a) All confirmed bookings must be sent to Palm Springs via email (booking.singapore@palmspringsgolf.co and booking.batam@palmspringsgolf.co) or telephone at 6276 1027 at least one (1) week prior to date of arrival.
(b) Reservation must include all details of golfers as well as booking information.
(c) Reservation for golfing tee times is subject to availablity of slots.
(d) Valid My Golf Kaki membership card must be presented at the clubhouse prior to tee-off.
(e) In the event of course closure due to inclement weather, there will be no rain check.
(f) Golfing fees are not refundable once golfer has teed-off.
(g) Cancellation of the booking must be made at least 24 hours before the tee time occurs, in written form and to be confirmed by the Singapore Office (booking.singapore@palmspringsgolf.co) or Clubhouse (fom.batam@palmspringsgolf.co), or will be considered as No Show.
(h) Palm Springs reserves the right to impose a charge of any confirmed reservation on golf booking for No Shows. The No Show shall be equivalent to one golf round (18-hole) at tee time rates.
Important
Golfers are individually responsible for any golf fees or other expenses incurred and are to settle payment directly with Palm Springs Golf & Country Club.
Golfers are expected to adhere to the local rules and regulations of the golf course and ensure proper etiquette at all times.

All cheque payment shall be made payable to "AFP RESORT MARKETING SERVICES PTE LTD" or payment could be remitted to Palm Springs bank account:
