1. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All rates are NETT (inclusive of 10% service charge and 11% Indonesia Tax) and in Singapore Dollars.
- Caddy is subject to availability.
- Bookings are strictly subject to availability. Reservation shall not be binding upon Ria Bintan until acceptance and confirmation is received.
- Ria Bintan Golf Club reserves the right to amend all rates without prior notice.
Amendment, Cancellation & No Show Policy
- Cancellation made 3 days or less before tee-off / check-in and No-Shows are subject to full rate.
- During Peak season, cancellation made 7 days or less before tee-off / check-in and No-Shows are subject to full rate.
- In the event of No-Show, the Agent shall be held responsible for the payment of the FULL PACKAGE RATE.
Ferry Bookings Terms and Conditions
Daytrip and Play & Stay Packages include return ferry ticket which includes current ferry taxes and levies at $22.00 (Taxes are subject to change without prior notice)
- Ferry amendments made on the day of departure will be subject to $5 admin charge per pax per amendment.
- No replacement is allowed for ferry bookings. In cases of replacements, purchase of new ferry ticket is required.
- Cancellation of ferry booking made 3 days or less prior to departure date will be charged at full ferry rate.
Last check-in time at Ria Bintan Counter (Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal #01-18A) is strictly 40 minutes before ferry departure time. Passengers who check-in after the cut-off time will be classified as No-Show and no refunds will be accorded.

IMPORTANT: As booking can only be done during office hours, please send the booking form in advance of your playing date.
3. PAYMENT
We require full payment at least 3 days prior to arrival of guests, failing which, guests will be required to settle all outstanding bills with the Club directly.

ii. For bank transfer in SGD, please transfer to OCBC Bank.
