A total of 20 fights teed off to a bright afternoon.
Although a lightning alert paused play in the early
evening, it resumed soon after. The buffet dinner
was held at the Ficus Ballroom, with a prize
presentation, lucky draw, and even a birthday
surprise for member, Alan Low!

MESMERISING MAY MEDAL
KRANJI SANCTUARY GOLF COURSE 23 MAY 2014
The scenic Kranji Sanctuary Golf Course certainly
mesmerised our golfers – for some, it was their frst
visit. After a 45 minute delay to the start, the heavy
thunderstorm cleared. The 22 fights managed to
complete the full 18-hole course in good time. One
of the four female participants, Kerri Izzo, managed
to land her golf ball exactly on the line, making her
the Nearest to Line winner for the night. Participants
then enjoyed an exciting lucky draw and prize
presentation over dinner.
