JUNIOR GOLF CLINIC
MARINA BAY GOLF COURSE
It was a refreshing change as junior members were
treated to an exclusive golf clinic for golfers aged 21
years and below. Their youthful energy and enthusiasm
showed during the hour and a half session led by
TaylorMade golf ambassador and professional, SD Tay.
Siblings Hubert and Fiona Lim took the clinic as a
timely opportunity to brush up their game. Despite
taking up golf only recently, Fiona made an impression
on the coaches with her solid swing and earnest desire
to improve. After the educational session, participants
were treated to exclusive merchandise sponsored
by TaylorMade.

THE KEPPEL CLUB
Despite the daunting course ahead, the place was
abuzz with excitement as kakis looked forward to a
much awaited return to The Keppel Club. Thanks to
the overwhelming response, the July Medal began
with a shotgun start for the 91 participants.
Young Timothy Calalang brought his ‘A’ game to
the course and holed in a score of 79 to attain the
title for Overall Best Gross. Another highlight of the
event was when Thomas Cheong received both a 7 SEP 2016
tournament and lucky draw prize, making him the NEW MEMBERS’ NIGHT
biggest winner of the night.
