NEW MEMBERS’ NIGHT
MARINA BAY GOLF COURSE
Held over two sessions, the gathering was a great
way for members to meet fellow kakis and revel in
their shared passion for golf. Participants got to
try out a range of TaylorMade Golf equipment and
participate in a Longest Drive competition. New
kaki, Eddie, was the unoffcial star of the night
with his consistently accurate shots and bubbly
personality. He credits this to regular practice and
keeping in mind the drills before taking a shot.

GOLF CLINIC WITH TAYLORMADE
MARINA BAY GOLF COURSE
APRIL
The frst event of the year kicked off with a golf clinic 11 & 25 Apr Range Ball Giveaway
at the Marina Bay Golf Course driving range. Veteran 19 Apr Medal @ Seletar Country Club
coach Lee Carrington helped participants with their
swing and shared helpful tips. She covered mainly on MAY
the use of drivers and advised participants to be aware 9 & 23 May Range Ball Giveaway
of their hand, feet and hip movements. Some golfers
who were unaware of the over-rotation of their shoulders 10 May Social Golf @ Sembawang Country Club
and arms were glad to be corrected by a professional 25 May Golf Clinic @ Marina Bay Golf Course
and worked hard to practise the new drills. We hope all
participants got to bring home useful tips to improve JUNE
their game!
