The chart below illustrates the flow for getting a Proficiency Certificate (PC) and a USGA Handicap Index. USGA Handicap Index will be recognised and categorised under Orchid Country Club in the Singapore Golf Association National Handicap Book.

Important: Golfers who have an official USGA handicap card (or from USGA-recognised golf organisations) are advised to send in a copy to us first via email or in-person for verification.
