Transfer In
Members who currently maintain Singapore Centralised Handicap System (CHS) handicaps at other local golf clubs can transfer their handicaps to be maintained by MGK (Orchid Country Club).

Just inform your current home club to transfer your CHS account to MGK (Orchid Country Club), and provide your MGK membership number to facilitate the process.

Handicap indexes from non-CHS or overseas systems are not transferable. Please submit official club-endorsed documentation for review by the Handicap Committee. Once verified, a new CHS account will be issued for maintaining your index.

Transfer Out
Existing members who wish to transfer their handicap maintenance to another club can send in their request to My Golf Kaki and the team will follow up with you.

For handicap transfer to a local club, please indicate your new home club's membership number to facilitate the transfer.

We are unable to do handicap transfer to foreign clubs. However, you can email us (contact@mygolfkaki.com) to get a supporting letter.

As a general guideline, please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing transfer in/out requests. Thank you very much.
