Golf Booking
Minimum 3 ball booking required.
Booking is subject to availability and can be done up to five (5) days in advance.
1) Call the golf reception at 6586 1240 / 1277 to check available time slots.
2) Email
golf@warren.org.sg with the following details:
- Preferred day and time
- Lead golfer contact details
- Names of golfers
- Handicap Indexes (please note that a valid handicap card MUST be produced or golfer may be denied play)
Important:
1. It is compulsory to be covered by
golfer's insurance. A 1-day golf insurance fee may be applicable for guests who are not insured.
2. My Golf Kaki (MGK) members MUST provide a
valid membership card for verification purposes at the golf counter prior to the game.
From 1 January 2024
MGK members can now play at Warren Golf & Country Club on weekdays (except Public Holidays).

- Booking of slots is subject to availability and can be done five (5) days in advance through Warren Golf & Country Club.
- A minimum of three (3) golfers are required for reservation of tee time.
- Please call Warren Golf Registration Office at 6586 1240 / 1277 to check the available time slots.
- Golfers' details should be emailed to golf@warren.org.sg with preferred tee off time.
- Booking is only valid upon confirmation by Warren staff.
Cancellation Procedure & Late Cancellation Charge
Any cancellation of booking is to be done three (3) days before the game.
Otherwise, full green and buggy fees will be imposed.
Rain-Check
There will be no rain-check after tee off.
Handicap
All golfers are required to have a valid Handicap Index certificate.
Insurance
Please ensure that all golfers are insured with a reputable insurance company, as Warren Golf & Country Club accepts no responsibility for any claims relating to damages, injuries and loss of belongings or life.

Golfers who do not comply may be requested to discontinue play.
Important Notes
Marshalls are authorized to remove players from the golf course if they disregard proper golf etiquette e.g. not repairing divots/pitch marks, playing dangerously or not raking bunkers. This will be strictly enforced.
Payment
Payment of golfing fee shall be made through various mode of payment prior the date of play. Details as follows:
(a) PayNow (Select "Unique Entity Number" and key in UEN S71SS0048G.
For bill reference, please key in "MGK" & "DDMMYY (Date of play)".
(b) Internet Banking (For DBS, POSB and UOB user)
Go to "Pay Bills", add billing organization and search for Warren Golf & Country Club.
For bill reference, please key in "MGK" & "DDMMYY (Date of play)".
(c) NETS or Credit Cards (VISA and Mastercard only)
(d) Credit Card Authorisation Form (request from Warren Golf & Country Club).
MGK members must settle and pay all expenses and purchases made at Warren Golf & Country Club in full by way of NETS or credit cards. No cash or AMEX will be accepted. MGK members must provide a valid MGK membership card in order to enjoy the promotional rate.

Warren Golf & Country Club reserves the right to refuse entry and/or bar any visiting members from using the Club or its facilities at any time without assigning any reason. Rates listed are subject to change and changes to terms and conditions may be made from time to time.
